Consumer Buddy is an independent technology platform designed to assist with consumer complaint drafting. By translating user-input details into clear, structured documentation, our tool provides you with a ready-to-file consumer complaint draft, post execution, in the required format. You can use this draft directly to file your consumer complaint offline before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or online through the e-Jagriti portal.

Our Vision

India is rapidly expanding as a major consumer economy, leading to a surge in purchasing goods and availing of services. However, the consumer grievance redressal journey remains extremely tedious, complex, and time-consuming for the average individual. At Consumer Buddy, our mission is to simplify one critical aspect of this journey: the drafting of consumer complaints.

We have repeatedly seen people walk away from valid consumer complaints simply because they did not know they could draft and file the same without a lawyer, or because the entire drafting process in the required format felt intimidating and tedious. We created the drafting frameworks for Consumer Buddy to solve that exact problem, helping ensure that your inputs are transformed into clear, structured, and submission-ready documentation.
